Wellness as I work with it encompasses all areas of life with the intention of helping you find harmony and balance within who you are first as a woman then outwardly within the roles you have.
How do we do it?
We help you measure where you are now in all areas of life so you can identify which area needs the most nurturing.
We help you uncover what’s important to you.
We help you create words to live by, a motto just for you.
We help you get clear on your values and structure your life in a way that supports both your values and your vision for your life.
We do this via one on one private coaching sessions, in person (Sydney only) or online via ZOOM.
We do this via workshops run periodically in various locations
We further support your Wellness by connecting you with the Courageous Womankind Community.
